Bebeia Boniface emerges as Mr. Tourism Nigeria 2011

Saturday November 26th will forever remain a marked day in the calendar of so many people in the nations city of paradise, Calabar in Nigeria

It was the very first time the city had stayed for an event lasting over 3hours into the wee hours of the morning. Mr. Tourism Nigeria even before its debut became one of the most anticipated event around the whole of South-South and Nigeria as a whole.

And on the D-day, it was Aspiring model, Bebia Boniface who became the cynosure of all eyes when he beat 18 other smart and talented young men to win the Mr. Tourism Nigeria prize. The excited winner of the first edition of the search says not even in his widest dreams did he ever imagine that fate could smile on him the way it did, especially, for a contest that has some of the most desirable men a male contest had ever produced all over Nigeria.. “I am proud of my accomplishment because I know it would take me on to greater heights.  I will like to move on and win Mr Tourism Planet come next year when the event holds in Greece” He said.

The keenly contested finale which held at the Five Two Zero Events Centre in Calabar started with rounds in traditional wear, swim wear, talent hunt, evening wear after which the contestants were reduced to the first Top 10. This followed with the ‘game changer’ where the top 10 were saddled with impressing the judges that beyond the charm and charisma, they also have a matching brain.  At the end of that stage, 5 people were eliminated until it was left with the last five men standing for the ultimate question. Based on the answer to the question and performance in the previous rounds, the judges adjudged Bebia Boniface as the most capable. He was followed by Bandele Adebule who became the first runner up.

As winner of Mr. Tourism Nigeria 2011, Bebia Boniface has won a brand new car, he also gets to start his own pet project as well as represent Nigeria at the Mr. Tourism Planet finals. He will also be dressed by Kholyns Contemporary Couture for one year; the runner-up also won a year’s contract with Ques Models, a trip to represent Nigeria at the upcoming Mr. Tourism Quest in Guatemala.

Some other finalists won awards including ‘Mr. Tourism Nigeria North’ for Inyang Peter Francis, who also came top as winner of the ‘Mr Body Perfect’ . ‘Mr Tourism South West’ went to Femi Adekanye, ‘Mr Tourism South East’ to Benard Amaechi , ‘Mr. Tourism South South and ‘Mr Photogenic’’ for Steven,. ‘Mr Popularity’ went to Rico Olijeme, ‘Mr Talent’ went to Inyang Peter Francis again’.

The CEO of Zanzy Entertainment, producers of the event, Chuks Anusionwu believes the primary purpose of the pageant is to encourage the Nigerian youth to come up with their own strategic ideas of further developing as well as boosting the nations tourism sector without depending on organizations or the government to be saddled all alone with such responsibility.

The Creative Director/Producer of the event, Santiago T. Roberts also said,”The show was full of energy and I am quite happy at the choice of the judges. I know Bebia will go on to be an amazing Mr Tourism Nigeria and an inspiration to thousands of young Nigerians.”

Unlike other male pageants, the winner of the Mr. Tourism Nigeria pageant will in the next one year be working actively with the cross river state tourism bureau to develop new angles to tourism promotion and boosting that sector to further attract more investment; this is in line with the pageants core agenda.

Mr Tourism Nigeria will also create a campaign that is geared towards encouraging other young people to start their own businesses all aimed at tourism development in Nigeria.

Open Heavens Devotional: HOPE AND FAITHFULNESS -Thursday, December 1, 2011

By Pastor E.A. Adeboye

MEMORIZE: “In hope of eternal life, which God, that cannot lie, promised before the world began;” (Titus 1:2).

READ: Deuteronomy 7:9-11

Hope links with the future. Moreover, there is a link between hope and God because He is the One who controls tomorrow. Anyone in charge of tomorrow is definitely able to uphold hope. Revelation 1:8 says, “I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty”. Hope is linked with tomorrow and God is the One who holds tomorrow. Do not let any man deceive you: no man holds tomorrow except God. This is why James warns against boasting about tomorrow while acknowledging that we need God—the One in control of tomorrow—to enter into the tomorrow of our dreams (James 4:13-16). Many who bragged about tomorrow never lived to see it. If you are wise, you will not only acknowledge God but ensure you live in consonance with His dictates.

Another way God is linked with hope is through His faithfulness. Deuteronomy 7:9 says, “Know therefore that the LORD thy God, he is God, the faithful God, which keepeth covenant and mercy with them that love him and keep his commandments to a thousand generations,”. God is extremely faithful. The quality of His faithfulness in keeping promises and agreements is unparalleled. There are some people around us who make simple promises that they can easily fulfil yet, they fail to fulfil them because they lack faithfulness. Putting all your hope in an unfaithful man can lead to great embarrassment and loss when the fellow suddenly disappoints you at crucial time. God cannot disappoint you. Numbers 23: 19 says, “God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?” The day God promises and He fails to perform, He becomes a liar. Lying demotes God from being God to being a mere mortal. When He was about to redeem man, He became a man. However, He is not ready to be brought to the level of a man by being unfaithful. In addition, He not only keeps covenants but He is the greatest covenant keeper as He can fulfil His promise to an individual or a family for up to a thousand generations! What a wonderful God!

KEY POINT

God’s faithfulness is never in doubt. The issue is how trusting are we?

Open Heavens Devotional: THE MIRAGE SHALL DISAPPEAR Wednesday, November 30, 2011

By Pastor E.A. Adeboye

MEMORIZE: “For we can do nothing against the truth, but for the truth.” (2 Cor. 13:8)

READ: Matthew 9:18, 23-26

Those who walk by sight follow facts while those who walk by faith follow the truth. While facts are ephemeral, truth is everlasting. While facts are dynamic, truth is constant. Facts are empowered by earthly and sometimes satanic forces while truth is anchored in Heaven. There is a limit to which earthly or satanic forces can push facts, but God will forever stand by His truth. You are either controlled by facts or by truth. Facts can sometimes be used by Satan to create doubt, fear, unbelief and discouragement. Truth is God’s weapon to subdue such evil weapons. When brought side by side, one must give way for the other. 2 Corinthians 13:8 says, “For we can do nothing against the truth, but for the truth”. Truth is impregnable. If falsehood appears to gain ground over the truth, it is only for a moment. Eventually, truth shall prevail. That you have no money, or job is only a fact but not the truth. That sickness in your body is only a fact but the truth is that you have been healed some 2000 years ago. Your duty as a child of God is to identify the facts in your life and search the Scriptures for the truths of God; then insist and superimpose the truth on the facts and the truth shall stand in your life.

“Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth” (John 17:17). God’s Word is truth. No lie can stand against God’s Word. In fact, everything that is contrary to God’s Word in your life is a lie. It may be a fact but it is a lie. It is a mirage. While going on some trip and you look ahead of you, the reflection of the sun on the road paints a picture of a river ahead. Each time you move closer, the ‘river’ moves as well. There is not a time you will meet the river because it is a mirage. In the same vein, that failure is a mirage. God’s Word has the power to deliver success to you. That barrenness is a mirage. That persistent satanic oppression is a mirage. That diagnosed incurable disease is a mirage. It shall soon give way to what is real – God’s Word. Call that problem by its name – a mirage – and confess the Word of God on that situation and it shall come to pass. The Lord called the death of the ruler’s daughter ‘sleep’ and she moved from death to sleep, and from sleep she woke up. What are you calling those unpleasant situations in your life?

ACTION POINT:

The power God gave to Adam to name the animals is the same power you have as a believer to rename unpleasant situations. How well are you using it? Always confess the truth of The Word.

Open Heavens Devotional: WHEN IT MAKES NO SENSE – Tuesday, November 29, 2011

By Pastor E.A. Adeboye

MEMORIZE: “For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God.” (1 Cor. 1:18)

READ: 1 Corinthians 1:18-19

There are certain things that God does that appear foolish to man. One of such is the message of the Cross. Romans 5:8 says, “But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us”. If we were to appeal to logic, there was no sense in Christ – the Sinless One dying for the ungodly. Why would a Holy God sacrifice His only Begotten Son on the Cross of Calvary for His enemies? It makes no sense to man but it does to God. Besides this, there is also the power of the Cross. There is power in the death of Jesus Christ on the Cross. Although He was crucified and died like a common criminal on the Cross, yet by that death, power is released to defeat the one who held the power of death – Satan. By the death of Jesus Christ on the Cross, Satan’s captives were released from bondage of the fear of death. Today, if you access the blood of Jesus by faith, you will be delivered from fear. The death of Christ on the Cross, not only makes salvation from sin possible, but also helps to sustain it (1 John 1:7).

“Which one of the princes of this world knew: for had they know it, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory” (1 Cor. 2:8). Like men, Satan is limited in knowledge. One thing he never knew was the power of the Cross. During His earthly ministry, Jesus was the major headache of the satanic kingdom. He kept undoing what they had done over the years. So they decided to take His life. If only Satan had known that the death of Jesus on the Cross, would, instead of ending his problems, compound them, he would not have killed Him. If he knew that the death of Jesus would finalize his defeat, he would have allowed Jesus to go without any harassment. In your life, as long as you allow Jesus to have His way, even when it appears you have been defeated by the enemies, do not fret. Sooner than later, you will find yourself the winner of the battle. Is God’s way of dealing with you sounding foolish? It is only normal. Ask God for the grace to obey His seemingly foolish instructions.

ACTION POINT:

Obey all His instructions whether or not you think they are wise or foolish.

Open Heavens Devotional: WISDOM PAYS ITS OWNER – Monday, November 28, 2011

By Pastor E.A. Adeboye

MEMORIZE: “If the iron be blunt, and he do not whet the edge, then must he put more strength: but wisdom is profitable to direct” (Ecc. 10:10)

READ: Ecclesiastes 9:16-18

According to James 3:14-18, there is godly wisdom and ungodly wisdom. Ungodly wisdom is the wisdom of the serpent. Being cunning, the devil knows how to get what he wants. Out there, there are many serpents ready to deceive unsuspecting people. However, the wisdom from above is what God expects His children to operate. Some leaders who claim to be led of God, still operate under serpentine wisdom. Proverbs 4:7 says God’s wisdom is the principal thing. Ecclesiastes 7:12 calls it a means of defence. Great nations of the world are what they are today based on wisdom. Israel, though small in size, is a regional power. Ecclesiastes 9:16 says wisdom is better than strength while Ecclesiastes 9:18 says wisdom is far better than weapons of war. There are some battles that can only be won by wisdom, not by might. Also, deploying wisdom in a time of war or in an event, can lead to saving resources and time. Many battles are avoidable. If you employ wisdom, you will prevent so many avoidable battles. If you deploy wisdom in your speech, it will be difficult for you to say what can trigger strife. Many fires that are kindled by the tongue according to James 3:5-6, can be avoided if wisdom is employed. If there is one thing you should ask God, it is wisdom.

Ecclesiastes 10:10 says wisdom is profitable to direct. If you cannot give your children anything, give them education. The One who controls wisdom is the Owner of wisdom. Daniel 2:20 says wisdom belongs to God. If you think you are wise, be extremely careful; because I Corinthians 1:19-20 says God can turn wisdom into foolishness. Ahithophel – the great counsellor was a victim of this. 1 Corinthians 1:27 says God can use foolish things to confound the wise. John 12:17 says God leads counsellors and turn judges into fools. If you are an earthly judge, you must fear the Almighty God because He can make you to take some very foolish decisions, or err in judgements to such an extent that it will be glaring to all that you are foolish. To maintain your wisdom, you have to constantly feed on God’s Word and submit to the counsel of the Greatest Counsellor. Ask for more of His wisdom in your life on a daily basis, and avoid everything the Bible classifies as foolishness.

ACTION POINT:

Wisdom prevents its owner from several avoidable battles, while the presence of weapons of war propels the owner to create war in times of peace. Pray for the wisdom from above.

Open Heavens Devotional: BENEFITS OF UNITY – Sunday, November 27, 2011

By Pastor E.A. Adeboye

MEMORIZE: “Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven.” (Matt. 18:19)

READ: Acts 2:1-4

Unity is a powerful force in the universe. However, uniting against God, His Word or His children causes God to arise in defence of His Name. This is the other side of power of unity. Barring this, unity can accomplish almost anything on the face of the earth. In Genesis 11:5-6, God said that if the people of the earth were left with one language and as united as they were in building the city and tower, they will be unstoppable. The united are unstoppable. Unity is a powerful tool for achieving plans and purposes. But if operated in righteousness within the Christian fold, it is even more powerful. “Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven” (Matt. 18:19). Where unity is exhibited correctly, God is involved. Those who are coming together would have a common purpose and they will call on the Almighty God. To operate the power of unity, there must be at least two people. These must share of the same faith in Christ. The subject of agreement must not conflict with God’s will or Word. And they must call on God in faith until they see result.

Unity is power. The united are adorned with exploits. They achieve what others cannot. If you are united in your family or church, you will be able to achieve what others cannot. Your family or church will stand out. The death sentence on the Jews in the days of Esther was reversed by the power of unity. Where there is unity, promises will easily be fulfilled. This was the case with the Early Church (Acts 2:1-4). Nehemiah was able to rebuild the walls of Jerusalem through the power of unity that existed among those who worked with him (Neh. 2:18). It is unity that turns a crowd or group of people into a team. The acronym TEAM stands for: Together Everyone Achieves More. For true unity to exist in the church, there is need to forgive and release from our hearts those who have hurt us. We must accept God’s Word as the basis of our union. We must be tolerant of the views of others and be prepared to sacrifice ours. We must jointly have a God-glorifying goal and corporately call on the Lord.

KEY POINT:

Unity de-emphasizes individuals but emphasizes the group. Unity moves everybody up and forward with very little effort from individual members of the group. Unity is the cheapest and fastest way of progress. Make unity in Christ one of your goals.

Open Heavens Devotional: SIN FACILITATOR? – Saturday, November 26, 2011

By Pastor E.A. Adeboye

MEMORIZE: “Ye that love the LORD, hate evil: he preserveth the souls of his saints; he delivereth them out of the hand of the wicked” (Psalm 97:10).

READ: Romans 1:29-32

God’s plan for you is total victory over sin, self, satan and the world. He wants you to overcome in all points that Jesus overcame during His earthly sojourn. One way of identifying someone who truly loves the Lord is by the level of hated he or she has for evil. If you do not hate evil, it will be difficult for you to overcome it. If you do not hate lying, you will definitely compromise with liars or even engage in lying. Show me a believer who detests sin and I will show you somebody whose love for God can be guaranteed. You degree of hatred for evil reads on God’s Thermometer of love. To what extent do you love God?

“Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them” (Ro 1:32). Some people claim to hate evil but they love and frolic with evil doers. 2 Corinthians 6:14-18 says as long as you romance with evil, God cannot be your Father. You cannot condone iniquity and expect to continue in God’s love. If you do not smoke but make smokers very comfortable in your presence, probably by providing them the ash tray to dump their ash, do you love God?

According to today’s reading, all sinners will partake of God’s judgment. Beyond this are those who take pleasure in sinners. Do you make excuse for sin or sinners? Be careful! You could end up where they will end. When you are covering up somebody in sin, or vacate your apartment or give out your car to a friend to use for an evil mission, you stand to end up where that sinner will end. You do not drink or smoke, but giving money to those who do when you know they will most likely spend it on alcohol or cigarettes makes you a collaborator. Some believers openly condemn fetish sacrifices but allow their parents to consult the oracles on their behalf and even take financial responsibility. How can such people be innocent? This is evidence that they do not really love God. In what ways have you been giving sinners the impetus to continue in sin? Repent today. Don’t be a facilitator of sin.

ACTION POINT:

Reflect over the failures of year 2010 and come up with measures to prevent a reoccurrence.

Open Heavens Devotional: NEBUCHADNEZZAR’S LETTER – Friday, November 25, 2011

By Pastor E.A. Adeboye

MEMORIZE: “Seek ye the LORD while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near:” (Isa. 55:6).

READ: Daniel 4:1-5

Daniel 4 is an account of an awesome encounter with the Almighty God. King Nebuchadnezzar at this time was ruling over a vast empire which covered most nations of the known world. Looking at his disposition at the beginning of this letter, it would be clear to all and sundry that this world ruler had become a believer in the Almighty God, especially how he shares his testimony with zeal and gave God unreserved praise. The truth is, he did not start by being so sober. It took God taking him through fire for him to see himself within the limited confines of mortals. Unfortunately, not many people who appear to be making waves in their little corners have learnt from this great leader. They prefer to be burnt by God’s fire or judgement before acknowledging or seeking Him. Are you waiting to encounter God as the Consuming Fire before seeking and giving Him the glory due to His Name?

Remember that Isaiah 55:6 says we are assured of finding God only when we seek Him at the right time – when He is available. Time is of great essence here. It is only the foolish who will do nothing about his negative situation until he or she is over taken by the repercussion. On the other hand, the wise will take immediate steps to forestall a negative outcome. Never allow any situation capable of attracting God’s anger to persist. Every pending divine instruction must be obeyed. Have you disobeyed God over any matter? Set out to undo that disobedience. Nebuchadnezzar’s encounter is documented for you so that you can learn from it. You can and should be wiser than he was.

Another lesson from this letter is that while King Nebuchadnezzar was prospering and enjoying unequalled peace in his kingdom, he never knew trouble was brewing. Whenever things appear smooth, easy going and peaceful, don’t get carried away because that might be the time the devil plans to strike. When Elisha was enjoying sleep, the Syrian king sent his army to capture him (2 King 6:8-14). You must be very alert this year. If your life, family, church or ministry is negatively impacting the satanic kingdom, you can be assured that they will seek opportunity to hit back. The Lord will preserve you from your enemy’s attacks in Jesus name.

PRAYER POINT:

Thank God for His protection over you even when asleep. Ask Him to help you never lose your guard.

Open Heavens Devotional: HOPE: WHAT FOUNDATION? Thursday, November 24, 2011

By Pastor E.A. Adeboye

MEMORIZE: “Through faith also Sara herself received strength to conceive seed, and was delivered of a child when she was past age, because she judged him faithful who had promised” (Heb. 11:11)

READ: Genesis 50:24-26

Hope is a bridge between now and the future. It is the link between your present unpleasant state and your glorious future expectation. The future in hope can be the next second, hour, day or circle of life. Occasionally, the future in hope may take several years. This is why it is important for your hope to be rooted in God’s Word or promise. If a man makes you a promise that could take several years before it come to pass, the chances of fulfilling that promise are slimmer. But if God makes you a promise, even when it takes several years, God remains committed to His promise as long as you remain in good standing before Him. Let us take the example of Joseph. He dreamt and saw his brothers bowing to him when he was a teenager (Gen. 37:5-11). But this dream was not fulfilled until genesis 50:18; it says, “And his brethren also went and fell down before his face; and they said, Behold, we be thy servants”. That took several years! Similarly, shortly before his death, Joseph got his brothers to take an oath that they would exhume his bones after God visits them in Egypt. He clearly told them that God would visit them and they shall go to possess the Promise Land as originally promised to Abraham (Gen. 50:24-26). He had hope of having his bones buried in the Promise Land. It came to Pass several years later (Exodus 13:19). Any hope that is rooted in God’s promise will be fulfilled, the years notwithstanding.

In 1979, I went with my father-in-the-Lord, Pa Akindayomi to Tusla, USA for a Kenneth Hagin Camp meeting. After the week long programme, we decided to worship in a nearby church where nobody knew us. As usual, the pastor was preaching in American accent and pacing up and down, when suddenly he stopped by papa and began to prophesy that what God had told him many years ago will soon come to pass. Since papa did not understand English, he asked what the man said. I was his interpreter so when we got back to the hotel room, I told him and he began to weep that God was about to fulfill His promise concerning the church after 25 years! Today, the RCCG is in more than 117 nations and we have the Redemption Camp in Nigeria, America, and South Africa. Every promise God made to you shall come to pass. However, always consider the foundation of your hope.

ACTION POINT:

Pray that God would fulfil His promises concerning you, your family and your local assembly.

Open Heavens Devotional: TRUTH OR FACT? – Wednesday, November 23, 2011

By Pastor E.A. Adeboye

MEMORIZE: “And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of a mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you.” (Matt. 17:20)

READ: John 20:24-25

Another title of our Lord Jesus Christ is the Truth. “Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me” (John 14:6). He is truth personified. Many times, people mistakenly take facts for truth. This can be misleading. Facts deal with material evidence – what you can access with your five senses. Facts may change and do change: for instance, a poor man today may suddenly or progressively access wealth. Facts are easier for human beings to relate with. For instance, after the resurrection of Jesus, Thomas refused to believe until he felt and saw the physical evidences. Believers who operate on the level of facts often run into problems with God. Truth on the other hand has its evidence usually in the unseen spiritual realm. In other words, it may look stupid to accept the truth God presents as it may lack physical or tangible, empirical evidence. Truth is not people dependent but God –dependent. God’s truth is hinged on His integrity. God’s truth is based on God’s Word which cannot fail. While those in search of physical evidence are working by sight, those who hold God’s truth walk purely by faith. Anyone who accepts God’s truth cannot but walk by faith.

“(For we walk by faith, not by sight:)” (2 Cor. 5:7). There are two categories of believers – those who walk by faith and those who walk by sight. The former operates on the truth of God’s Word and no matter how contrary the winds are, they want to see it manifest in their lives and circumstances. It is for those people that God’s Word moves from being unseen to being seen. For the latter, all they do is determined by what they hear, see, touch, feel, etc. if the only time you believe God is with you is when you feel His presence so strong, then you will be deceived into believing that all the times you did not feel Him, He was never there. In Matthew 28:20, Jesus promised to always be with you. That is truth. Whether you feel Him or not, He is there. Hebrews 11:6 says you can only please God when you walk by faith. What determines the sadness or joy of some believers is how much they have in their bank account. Anytime their account balance is low, they will be sad and full of worries. When it is red, they will become depressed. But those who operate on God’s truth maintain their joy because they depend wholly on God. Are you driven by facts or The Truth?

ACTION POINT:

If you depend on your feelings and sight, you will remain a spiritual fledgling. But if you depend on God’s truth, you will grow up into maturity. Ask for revelation of The Truth.

Open Heavens Devotional: HE HAS YOUR PARTICULARS – Tuesday, November 22, 2011

By Pastor E.A. Adeboye

MEMORIZE: “Can any hide himself in secret places that I shall not see him? saith the LORD. Do not I fill heaven and earth? Saith the LORD” (Jer. 23:24)

READ: Acts 9:10-12

In today’s reading, while sending Ananais to Saul, God gave him Saul’s particulars. God knows you by name. He knows your location. He knows where you reside, work or school. He knows your street. He knows what you do every second. Since God has your particulars, as long as you satisfy Him, your miracle will locate you where you are. Saul, after his encounter with Jesus on the way to Damascus, was temporarily blind and could not move about as before, yet, his miracle located him. As you are reading this Devotional today, your miracle will locate you in Jesus name.

Exodus 2:25 says, “And God looked upon the children of Israel, and God had respect unto them”. To ‘respect’ is to ‘acknowledge’. When we come together in our big meetings, God knows and notes what everyone is doing. While we are praying, He knows those who are sighing, praying, groaning and those about to give up. Be assured that He cares for you and He will not allow that problem to swallow you up. This is why He promised to make a way of escape (1 Cor. 10:13). A sister came to see me in the office in the early 80’s. While on her way, the Lord clearly instructed me to embrace her. I protested because He was the One who asked brothers to keep safe distance from sisters. And I warned my pastors not to do so to prevent temptation. But eventually, I succumbed to His voice and embraced her as she came in. Overwhelmed, she began to cry. Thereafter, she confessed she decided to see me for the last time before going to commit suicide. She had believed God had forgotten her but because I embraced her, she was reassured that God had not forgotten her. Are you like this lady? Are you thinking that God has forgotten you? Have you come to a point where you think it is better to end your life? It is all a lie! God has not forsaken you! The problems and hopelessness surrounding you are only a mirage. God is nearer to you in that situation than the very clothes you are wearing. He loves you. Even when your friends, close relatives or colleagues forget you, God can never forget you. He loves you. Cast your burden on Him. Call upon His Name today and He will make a way for you.

KEY POINT:

If you are not in sin, God is closest to you when you think He has forsaken you. A sigh, whisper or wish could make Him to show His presence. Embrace Him today.
