UNILAG Hosts Adeboye Lecture > Wednesday, February 6, 2019

The 5th Pastor E.A Adeboye annual birthday public lecture will hold on Wednesday, February 6, 2019 at the J-F Ade-Ajayi (main) Auditorium, University of Lagos from 12 noon.

The Lecture which will be delivered by Prof. Michael Omolewa, a former Permanent Delegate/Nigeria’s Ambassador to UNESCO has the topic; PEACE: The Global Quest.

The vice-chancellor of the University of Lagos, Prof Oluwatoyin Ogundipe will be the Chairman of the lecture which will be attended by distinguished personalities from all walks of life.

The lecture series began in 2015 and has had, as its past speakers, Prof Yemi Osinbajo, Prof Oyewale Tomori, Pastor Femi Atoyebi and Prof. Jide Osuntokun.

Ekiti Governorship Election: Tribunal gives judgment Monday

Ekiti Governorship Election Petitions Tribunal will give its judgment in Abuja on Monday, ruling on whether Governor Kayode Fayemi was validly elected.

Ahead of the judgment, the police on Sunday warned politicians  and their followers in the state against unlawful  protests.

The Police Commissioner in the state, Mr Asuquo Amba, gave the warning while speaking with newsmen in Ado Ekiti.

The commissioner, who was represented by the police spokesman in the state, DSP Caleb Ikechukwu, said the command would not allow anyone to destabilise the state under the guise of protests  at  the outcome of the judgment. Read more

DAY 16: POWER TO SEE THE GLORY

“And when he was come near, he beheld the city, and wept over it, Saying, If thou hadst known, even thou, at least in this thy day, the things which belong unto thy peace! But now they are hid from thine eyes”. Luk 19:41-42. Understanding is a product of knowledge founded on deep revelation. Many people are living lives anyhow because they cannot see the glory ahead.Jesus knowing the danger of spiritual blindness lamented in sorrow in the above passage over Jerusalem as He is lamenting over many people today.

3. Pray for unction and the Spirit of Revelations upon all ministers so that they will minister in the power of the Holy Spirit. Eph 1:17
